Question Trustee Sale Date After Bankruptcy Discharge

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: California
I did have my bankruptcy discharge on June 29,2009; the lender already have
"relief from automatic stay" in two income properties that were originally set to be sold on April 07, 2009.
How fast the lender will set another trustee sale date?
Is the lender obligated to send me a notification for the new date?
The lender will start a new foreclosure process?
How I can force the lender to negotiate a work out plan to save these properties, especially now that I don't have any unsecured debts?

Thanks a lot for the answers.

Default Re: Trustee Sale Date After Bankruptcy Discharge

    Why weren't the properties sold?

If you want to negotiate with your lenders, contact them and start negotiating. If you're represented by counsel for your bankruptcy they may decline to talk to you.
