I rented a condo from a landlord who was in a active bankruptcy. He never made me aware of this, I have been paying my money and now are seeing default notices from the mortgAGE company. His bankruptcy was dismissed and not discharged, I have placed my rent in a escrow account until he makes it clear what is going on.. Can you tell me what to do. thanks, NM.![]()
