Default Legal Resident Wants to Travel with No Passsport

My fiance is a legal resident and we want to travel to Jamaica. Now he is originally from the island of St. Vincent and lost his St. Vincent passport. I was told all he would need is his green card, a valid driver's license and social security card which he all has. My question is will he be able to travel to Jamaica without his St. Vincent passport?

He needs to ask the Jamaican immigration authorities.

Really, though, he should replace his passport.
