Default Re-Opening a Small Claims Case

What is needed to do soin Wisconsin?

We had a rather lengthy trial, and I won the judgement. I had an attorney but the defendant only consulted one, and filed a "Memorandum in Opposition" with the help of that attorney (which annoyed the judge).

I'm wondering what the jugde will base his decision on.

The judge will base his decision on the evidence presented, and the parties' legal arguments.

    Thank you for responding.
Am I correct in assuming that I must be given any evidence she intends to introduce, the same as I had to do?

What would be some examples of "legal arguements" for a new trial?
