    Default Employer Lied to Unemployment

    My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: Oregon .My Employer laid me off 3 months ago but I just got a letter from unemployment
    stating they are saying (i just stopped showing up for my scheduled shifts which
    Is untrue)they've laid off others to and I know this cost them money but what can be my recourse ? thank you.

    They, presumably, are inviting you to respond with any evidence you have - notice of termination, witness statements, etc.
