Default Lawyer Not Doing His Job

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
Is there a way that we would be able to get back the money that we paid our lawyer due to him not doing his job?

You can file a written complaint with the bar association, and then sue him if you have just cause and proof. (Itís actually very hard to pin down a slimy snake)

    Look this link up

He has been my husbands lawyer for about 4 months. He has not done any interviews or filed any motions. I have now hired another lawyer and I have asked the other one for my money back. He told me to read the contract my husband signed. Well, unfortunately, the lawyer never gave my husband a copy of the contact. I have also contacted the state bar.
