    Default Would it be legal

If my mom registered a car in her name, and added it to her insurance policy, and i drove it, and got pulled over...would i be ticketed for no insurance? I live in Connecticut by the way.

    Default Car Insurance

Insurance runs with the vehicle, so if you are driving your mother's insured car you would not be cited for driving an uninsured vehicle.

However, if you live in the household and don't tell the insurance company they can deny coverage for fraud.
