    Question Worker's Comp Insurance Not Paying on ASTC

    ILLINOIS
    We are getting responses from Hartford Claims and Corvel on EOB's stating " THE ASTC PROVIDER HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED AS A NON-LICENSED ASTC PROVIDER PER THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH". This is their response on not paying anything on my client's claim.
    The client is a free standing surgery center, not being paid because the client isn't listed as Licensed Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Centers. Is there anything that can be done on payment on their worker's comp bills? Thanks AJ
