    Default Emancipation in Colorado

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Colorado.
Hello, I am a 16 year old living in Colorado. I am moving in with my brother due to ongoing issues at home. I have a trust fund to support me, but they will not support me unless I am emancipated. My mother has agreed to let me get emancipated. Am I a good candidate? How long is the process? Because I have a trust fund to support me, will I still need to get a job?

Considering that Colorado does not have a statute for emancipation, I'd have to say no, you are not a good candidate at all.
