    Ok, she says now that because I was still sending my dad money every now and then, that she should be able to collect this money from me now. My dad always said, even after he discharged the mortgage with us, that if he died, that would be part of my inheritence, especially since he'd signed off on everything. Nothing was ever in writing after and the only verbal talk we had was about how the house is my inheritance. (the one my mom and him bought me)

    Mr. K is correct as usual. Just keep track of the mtg. and tax payments to be sure they are being made. Ouit worrying over what "she says" so much.
