Default Application for Exclusion from Internet Disclosure

This is in regard to laws in California

When one has been convicted of 1 misdemeanor count of PC 647.6 ( Child Annoy/Molest ) I have found that one may apply for exclusion from the Megan's Law website via form SS-4046D. How soon may one apply? As soon as the jail term is over or after the probation period has ended? I've tried google but haven't found any helpful information.

If I apply for an early release from probation, will it hurt my chances of successful exclusion from the site, or my chances for a Certificate of Rehabilitation later on down the line?

I don't see anything in the statute that requires a waiting period, if you otherwise qualify. The statute, CPC 290.46(e), outlines how people on probation may qualify for exclusion from the Internet site.
