My question involves an auto loan or repossession in the State of: Indiana
I recently got a letter from a lawyer stating I am being sued by Wells Fargo for an auto that I tried to have repoed because I left my job as a mortgage broker and couldn't afford the payment anymore. I owe about $17K.
What can they do to me? Can they garnish my wages.... I bearly make it as it is right now. I probably have about $300 a month disposable income after I pay everyone else.
Thanks for any help you can offer... I am freaking out!
