Default Can I File an Objection to Subpoena

    Hi,
My parents are going through a divorce (a rather nasty one at that) and low and behold today my mother received documents from his lawyer issuing a subpoena on MY AUTO LOAN. Somehow they found out who my loan is with and want those documents.
I object big time as this divorce does not concern me. My mother's name is not on any of the documentation, loan, title, any of it. The loan is completely in my name. The only thing she did was helped me with the down payment as the purchase was unexpected but required with my old car dying and might as well be scrap metal. Basically, she did what most parents would do, she helped me out in a bind.
I want to know if I can file a (i guess you would call it) third party objection as my loan information is NONE of his business, nor is it in any way important to the court or the case. If this is something I can do, how do I go about it?

    This is KANSAS law.

    any help is greatly appreciated

yes i am currently living with my mother. I am 26 just graduated from college, was going to move out (had an apartment lined up) but when my step father decided he was moving out I had to stay. Was going to move out a second time but lost my full time job and currently only working part time.

    Additional info:
We are trying to determine how he got the name of my lien holder and the only thing we can think of is that they pulled my credit report, which to my knowledge, is illegal without my authorization in matters such as this.

I did some minor research online and found where credit reports had been illegally pulled and the perpetrators were accountable for statutory something or other (just cant remember the word right now).
