What is the statute of limitation on filing a race discrimination class action law suit? I know of several minorities including myself that have been terminated, treated unlike their white co-workers and or forced to leave. They have all agreed that they felt discriminated against but also felt that they didn't have a chance on their own. It has been a little over a year since I was terminated and the reason I did not pursue this earlier is because employers want to know if they can call previous employer and I already feel that he has said bad things about me to one possible employer that I found out just happen to know my ex boss. This new employer seemed very excited to see my resume and anxious to hire me but then never called. He told me he knew my boss well and they worked previously together. I am still unemployed and I know this company has very few minorities working for them and treat them different than other employees. The minorities involved are hispanic and African American-four people for sure and I can think of others but I don't have contact.
