Default Pregnant and Planning to Overstay My Visa

I am 6 months pregnant woman who lives in Washington, DC.
I am here in US under H-1B visa and it will be expired in June.
Because I will leave my job.
I am going to give birth in US at the beginning of August without any legal status.
The baby’s father is a US citizen. I am not. My baby is going to be US citizen.
We have been living together for 2 years. But he refuses to get married to me.
I want to raise my baby in US, but I do not want to be illegal immigrant.
Are there any way that I am able to stay in US?
I am only person who can take care of my baby.
Since I am a curator of the baby, so can I have a Green card or citizenship?
I have no one to ask legal issue. I really appreciate if someone answer my question.

    Default Immigration Status

You should try to maintain legal status for yourself. You would be well-served to consult with an immigration lawyer about your situation.
