Default I-140 and I-485 for Registered Nurses

I have just graduated from a nursing school and will be taking an NCLEX-RN exam. I have some quesions on how to fill I-140 (assuming that the prospective employer will ask me to do the paperwork). Which block should be checked in Part 2, if I expect to be certified under Schedule A, Group I

I plan to file I-485 concurrently with I-140.
I have a question on how to fill in Pat 2, Application type? Which block should be checked? I assume it to be block a. Is that correct?

    Thanks for help.

I would expect it to be "g". But I can't complete a form for somebody I've never met. Check with your employer, particularly if your employer may be completing the form on your behalf, or consult an immigration lawyer with the details of your case.

Thank you for the reply. I now have a question about I-485 vwhen it is concurrently filed with I-140. Which box in Part 2 should be ticked? The only thing appropriate seems to be box 'a'. What is the 'evidence' to br attached?

    Thanka for the help.
