    Default Legal Process in Kentucky

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Kentucky

Someone I know has just been charged with Burglary 2nd degree in the state of Kentucky and is currently on the home incarceration program. I am wondering what the legal process is for this circuit court case. He had his arraignment 2 days ago. What comes next? When can he expect to see his motion for discovery in order to find out why he is being charged in the first place?

He's been charged, so his lawyer can file a motion for discovery at any time. He can probably get a copy of the police report. The essence of the charge against him would be right on the information.
