    Default Reapply for Citizenship After Denial

    I was arrested and non convicted in a felony and in a misdemeanor,I am a realtor ,my tenant asked me for a ride and committed a crime unknowed for me untill police arrival,I explained my position to the judge and my case was closed of course inmigration has a different opinion and I accepted their decision,my question is after more than 5 years of this cases can I reapply
    for citizenship and be accepted if I have a clean record.Do I have a second chance.It is 5 years after the criminal and misdemeanor case or 5 years after the application was denied
