    Someone is talking smack to you in a video game?

    That probably isn't legally actionable... especially if the "abuse" is truthful or his opinion. Both the truth and his opinion are legally protected.

    As an aside, you will find life is much more fulfilling if you learn to deal with your own problems in effective ways. Not every situation that makes you mad, sad or uncomfortable is legally actionable.

    He thinks he can get away with it because he CAN get away with it.

    As you get older, you will find that there are very few laws designed around protecting your feelings.
