Since my post, we have received it in the mail. Doesn't it have to have the statue listed? Actually, the letter didn't say anything about cease and desist, it just stated that the Mr and Mrs involved wanted no contact whatsoever with either my husband or I by third party, email, telephone, etc. The letter did not say anything about no contact with our grandchilden. Would we be in contempt if we contacted the grandchildren? Letter was from a lawyer, not the court system. Is that still contempt?
