My question involves real estate located in the State of: Missouri
Is there a SOL on fraud involving a quit claim deed in Missouri? After our divorce, my ex-husband married a woman with the same as myself. My name was on title to a house that we jointly owned. He since sold the property. I am not sure how he could have accomplished this since I was never contacted about the sale, but my family has since advised me that his wife signed the documents (same name as me, but obviously not). So, my question is...is there a SOL to the time that I can pursue this?
