    Default Setting Aside a Conviction Based on Changed Testimony

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Alaska


    Are you able to file a motion to set aside a verdict, if prosecution witness testified a trial differently then how they testified at grand jury.

    Why didn't your lawyer point out the discrepancies at trial?

    apparently Grand Jury testimony from those witnesses was not admittable
