I believe your question WAS answered. Unless they choose to volunteer that information, there is almost certainly nothing you can do to force the police to reveal who dropped the dime on you ... that is IF they even know.
Like I said, unless they used the info as part of an affidavit for a search warrant or some similar legal proceeding, they don't need to record the info. As a matter of practice, I never write that info down anywhere for just this purpose. If it is not written, it is not discoverable.
Now, if this was the result of a call from someone saying you were plowed and driving around in a specific location, there might be achance that the name and other info was saptured in the dispatch system. If so, then that is likely public record. If someone turned you in fro a warrant, then the previous info still stands.
