And, uh, my brother and sister never testified against me... I dont know Where the F you got that, but you're wrong.
Silly me. I guess I got that from when you said this in your first post:

Even when my brother and sister saw everything, they defended him in fear.
    and this:

I've already failed my 10th grade year

Look, Nikki. All of this is irrelevant. What CPS did or didn't do is irrelevant. What the police did or didn't do is irrelevant. None of it is going to change the fact that you do not meet the requirements for emancipation, which happens extremely rarely and only when a teen ALREADY has established a history of being able to support him or herself completely, while still going to school and still getting good grades. Emancipation is not granted because of how hard you have it.

I post on three other boards besides this one where we have kids looking to be emancipated. I've probably seen a couple of thousand posts from kids looking to be emancipated over the years. And do you know how many achieved it?

One. Just one. The likelihood of your being the second is not very high.

If you don't have any helpful advice for this young girl, why are you now adding to her abuse? Back off and leave her alone. Almost sounds as if YOU are the father!

She got plenty of advice. The fact that it is not what she wanted to hear does not change the law.

Giving someone advice that they do not want to hear is not abuse. That is the problem with many people when it comes to the law, they expect everyone to find loopholes for them, and call accurate advice "abuse" when it doesn't jibe with what they want to hear.
