    Default Underage Ticket with No Alcohol Level Written on It

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Wisconsin

    I got an underage drinking ticket and i blew a .08 when i recieved the ticket there is no alchohal content written on the ticket it just says underage drinking first offense can i get this dropped?

    if you had been drinking at all, you are guilty. The BAC is not needed other than it showed alcohol in your breath. That is all that is needed.
