    Default Guardianship

According to this link, I can legally move with my parents permission as long as there's a signed agreement without having to go to court. However, I plan to move to another state: Washington. I would like to know how valid is this statement and if it applies in Washington. I tried to do research but came up short.

If you wish for another state to treat you as an emancipated minor, you should have a court order of emancipation in hand. Beyond that, read your other thread.

I'm perfectly aware of my other thread. You should reread my other thread and take notice that I'm not looking for emancipation. I'm fully aware of court papers (for guardianship), I have both documents for both states. My thread here is asking for the validity of the statement in the link posted and if it would apply to both states.

You will have to investigate with the school district where you wish to enroll to see what they require.
You apparently forgot about this part.
