    Default Mail Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California.

What constitutes mail fraud exactly? If I use my real name as the shipping address, however there's a slight change to my shipping address. For example, my real address is 123 Fake Street.

I have packages shipped to 123A Fake Street, 123B Fake Street, 123C Fake Street, 123D Fake Street. The packages are shipped by UPS (United Postal Service). Would this be mail fraud?

I haven't been charged or anything but it's just a precaution measure.

A site is giving away free items. However, it is limited to one per household. Because their system is automated, it bypasses the limit and counts 123A and 123B as two separate households. The company that's giving away these items is rather large - probably one of the largest corporations in the world so the damage would be minimal to them.

This doesn't involve stolen credit/fake credit cards of that sort.
