    Default Suing the IRS

I have a major problem with the IRS. They have drained both my business and personal accounts. I have business accounts in the medical field that my products have a direct impact on patients lives. Since I am unable to purchase products currently, and a patient should die, would the IRS be the one to be held liable for the patients death?

The IRS cannot be sued if you truly owe the money they claim you do and they attempt to collect; you have no cause for action against them. Your responsibility is to pay what is owed; theirs is to collect if you don't. Matters not what field of business you're in.

I have heard of them taking business, homes, cars, personal possessions away in order for them to sell and satisy a debt.

Nice try. Not going to work.

You do have me curious though as to what does:

business accounts in the medical field that my products have a direct impact on patients lives

I have to assume that you are not the only source of the medical products.

However, if for some reason it actually came down to that, it would be your negligence, not the IRS's. You are the one who didn't pay your taxes.

I'm curious, if people were going to die as a result of your assets being siezed, why did you ignore the very many notices you received from the IRS including that final notice to levy? Did you think they were playing games or that they weren't serious? Do you really think someone is going to die because the IRS insists that you pay your taxes?

Hey, they sold off Willie Nelson's Grammy awards. Now that is a truly low blow...
