    Default Selfish mom

My Finance' has a 4 yr old son his mother has moved to a different city and changed her number with no intention of giving it to "joe". Her mother gave it to him knowing he wanted contact with his son. She refuses to let their son stay at our home on weekends because she doesnt like me! I have no criminal history and she doesnt even know me. She avoids "joes" phone calls when he calls to talk to his son and refuses to let me come when she allows him visitation can she do this? and what are our chances of getting better custody?

The mother should abide by the custody and parenting time order. If she is not, the father can seek to enforce the order through the court which issued it.
