Default "Disorderly Conduct-Engage in Fight" - is This a "Violent" Charge

I recieved a charge for disorderly conduct-engage in fight. Could this possibly grow into an assault charge? Or must it remain the charge of disorderly conduct?

Also, is this more serious than a normal disorderly conduct, or is it pretty much the same thing?

    Thanks!

Same charge, or different charge? If different, in what state? What statute number are you charged with violating?
