    Default Responsibility of health insurance

I believe my ex-wife is working part time on the books and the rest is under the table. My child support is paid thru the court; it comes straight out of my paycheck weekly. Now my ex says that I am responsible to provide health insurance for my two boys because their Medicaid is getting cut off. And she claims she can't get health insurance cause she works part time. Should I report her for deceiving the courts?

    Default Hunch re: wife's wages

At present, you have a hunch that she may be working under the table. You could report it, but it seems unlikely that anything would result from such a report. You may be able to argue that the court should impute a higher wage to your wife, based upon her ability to work full-time.
