    Default never ending story

Is there any way to end a divorce where one party refuses to settle and when the last 5 court dates have been continued at the other side's request? Its almost 4 years now since the filing.

    Default Interminable Divorce

In most states, the judge would take better control over the case. Divorce shouldn't drag out like that.
