Unhappy Moving Out in Louisiana at 17

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Louisiana

I am 19 years old and i live in Louisiana. I have a friend who is 16 and wants to move out of his house. We were told that he can leave and the cops will bring him home one time upon his parents request. We were also told that after being brought back home this one time, that the cops will not interfere again, even at the parents request. I need to know if this is true. Can he move out of his house and only be brought back home one time?

Until he is 18, he cannot legally move out of his house at all. The cops, or his parents, can come and get him as many times as they feel like it. Until he is 18 years old he lives where his parents say he lives. If the cops and/or his parents decide to do so, they can come and get him every single day until the day he is 17 years and 364 days old.

Oh, and if he is male and you are female, it will be assumed that if he is living with you, you are having sex, and appropriate legal measures taken.
