I was found guilty of 242 pc I would like to know if I can move out of state and finish what's left of my arraignment with the courts.

You mean, finish what's left of your SENTENCE while out of state?

That's something for the court or for the probation department to decide. If you just up and leave, a warrant for your arrest will almost certainly be issued.

Thank you for your reply but to put more detail in the story I had a super bowl fight and was charged with battery and the judge sentence me no jail time if I do these programs can I ask the judge for my programs to be moved, because I found a job in alaska and they want me to start in June. I see the judge next week to ask him is there anyway I should ask him or do you have any advice. Thanks for reading

If you have to go back to court, you can always ask. I'm surprised it is not the probation Department overseeing your progress.
