My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Delaware.
If your employer offers light duty to work related injuries are they required to also offer it to there employee's who have not been injured while on the job, but their MD relates they can return to work on light duty? I am an employee of one of the counties in Delaware and have been through this before, and the Delaware Labor board related then that if your employee offers light duty it has to be for everyone, not just work related injuries or illnesses. Where I work is telling people "no light duty" unless work related. These people who are trying to pass these rules were not in Admin. when contacted the labor board 10yrs ago. Thank You
