Default Delay in Receiving a Green Card

In Oct 2005, we sent out the biometric evidence to USCIS. In Dec 2005, my son got his green card. Meanwhile, my husband and I were requested to take the the fingerprint again. Then no answer at all. In Feb. 2006, my husband rcvd a letter from USCIS, requested him to take some shots, which I have already had in Oct.2005. One week later, he rcvd his green card.
But there is no update for my case at all. What should I do? I just feel something wrong. In Dec 2005, I renewed my work permit. and rcvd it in Feb 2006. Is it possible they screw up the two cases?

You should follow up with the USCIS office. Make an InfoPass appointment and talk to an immigration officer.

You may send an inquiry too.

    Best regards,

Thank you very much. But how to require an InfoPass? HOw to talk to an INS officer? Without the appointment, I can not see them at all. Do you mean, I can call USCIS toll free #, and talk to the rep. ? Thank you
