    Default LLC and Commercial Lease

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Washington.

My LLC has roughly one year left on an assignment that the LLC signed for. There is no personal guarantee written or signed for in the exectued assignment document. I have had this assignment reviewed by a bankruptcy attorney and he confirms the LLC is the only entity liable for the lease. Due to the economy my LLC is no longer profitable and has no assets. I have requested in writing to the landlords to reduce the lease amount and or find another tenant. They have not been successful. I have also advertised the space myself for 6 months with no success. I have decided to dissolve my LLC and vacate the premise early.

Will I be liable personally in any way for the remainder of the 1 year left on the assignment?

From what you say, according to your bankruptcy lawyer you're not personally on the hook. He's had the opportunity to review the lease, information about your LLC, etc. - we're in no position to second-guess.
