    Default Spinal Cord Injury and Fork Lift Drive

    My question involves labor and employment law for the state of:

    Hi,
    My employer wants me to drive a fork lift but I'm taking Vicodin and Flexeril for pain and muscle spasm I have weakness on my rigth leg and I have Spinal Cord Injury ?
    Is this petition from my employer legal?

    If you are medically disabled from performing your job tasks, document that to your employer. We have no way of knowing your rights under state or federal law, as you ignored the instruction to identify your state, and we don't know how many employees your employer has so we can determine if the ADA would apply.
