    Default Emancipation Laws

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Wisconsin

I was wondering if it is possible to emancipate a 17 year old with a parents permission in the state of Wisconsin? If so what is the procedure and does the child have to appear in court? What are the fees involved etc.?

Wisconsin doesn't have an emancipation process per se - minors can be emancipated through either marriage, or military service.

So the only way a child can become emancipated is through marriage or military? Is there anyway that a parent can file a petition to the court of Wisconsin to allow the child to be legally an adult at that point?
