    Default Getting Father's Rights Taken Away

    My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Kentucky
    I was wondering how I could get my sons fathers rights taken he hasn't seen my son but once since he was born and he is now 16 months old. My sons father is in jail and has been there since July. Since being in jail the only thing we have received from him is a birthday card. He is over 3000 dollars behind in child support as well.

    Contact your local Clerk of Courts for the relevant forms and where to file.
