Retail Theft at Shaws

i recently turned eighteen, and commited theft at the local shaws, attempting to steal 4 packages of dramamine, totaling 22.22. i was charged with theft, and my court date is on april 5th. i have a pretty lengthy teenage record, and was wondering if they can, and will, use that agianst me, and, what i will get sentenced with. thank you for your time

It's my understanding that an individual in Maine who has a juvenile record may petition to have it sealed if at least 3 years have passed since the person's discharge from the disposition of that crime, and the individual has not been adjudicated to have committed another crime (juvenile or adult) since the date of the disposition. So it would appear that the probation department will have access to your juvenile criminal history.
