Default Civil Demand After Court Fine

I've been charged with shoplifting. I've already paid all court fines. I thought that that's all . But in 15 days after court I received a letter with civil demand. Should I pay it if I paid court fines? If yes - what could happen if I won't pay it? I don't have money to do that.

Pay it immediately. If you don't, then they can (and likely will) sue for it. The amount would increase significantly as the costs of filing the lawsuit and attorney fees would be added to it.
