Hey everyone thanks again for all the support through those J1 Visa issues. Everything worked out. My wife and I are cruising through college in Boston, everything is going great. However, her Green Card / Permanent Resident Card has expired!

So, the I-751 is a renewal letter (HLS never reminded us to download it and send it in with $$$ too)

Situation
I received a letter today saying that I never turn in my I-751.
I seriously had NO idea about it. Apparently I have been out of status since 12/02/08. The letter says I have to go to court and that all my rights have been terminated. (Work and Right to stay in the USA with my US. Citizen Husband)
Is this something that happens often I am really worried about all this.
Could you give me some advise?
So basically, we sent in Bills, Photos, and Affidavits prooving our marriage is Legit and Healthy..

As for what the HSI fundamentally wrote us ...
