My question involves a careless driving ticket from the State of: Colorado.

A couple days ago during a breif snow/freezing rain storm in Denver, I was on an elevated on ramp for a freeway. I was going under the speed limit, maybe 35-40mph. The roads were slick in spots, but not everywhere. As the onramp started declining, I changed lanes and lost control, hitting a guard rail and rolling my car onto it's side. There was no injury or other cars involved.

I was given a ticket for careless driving. My question is if I should just plea bargain for a lesser charge or fight it. I don't feel I was being careless and I felt I was driving at a relatively safe speed for conditions.
