    Default How to get charges dropped

    In reading some of these posts, it looks like sometimes there is a way to plea with the shop to try to get the charges dropped. My offense was worth $4. I know they will ask for restitution up to $200. Is it like a bribe though asking to pay more to drop everything?

    It's doubtful they will drop it....I mean really, they called the cops for $4 bucks.
