    Default Divorce in Indiana

My fiance was divorced last year and according to the divorce decree his ex-wife is responsible for the car payment. The car is in his name and she is co-signer, however, she has defaulted on the payments and now they are calling him demading the money. They say that the divorce decree means nothing to them and they are going to start garnishing his wages. Is there anything he can do? Please give us some options.

He may wish to consider going back to court to have the judge order his ex- to pay the overdue balance, or to seek possession of the car with his taking over the balance.
