Default Lying on a Marriage Application

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas

My exhusband is delinquent on his child support, for 4 children (2 ex wives). He recently got married (35 days after our divorce was final) to someone in prison. He lied on his marriage application, where it states about not being delinquent on child support. We (the 2 ex wives) are trying to get the delinquent support; can we also file charges about him lying? Under the questions on the application it states that lying on the application can result in prison time or a large fine....Trying to find out if we go to the DA in that county or what

You are free to file a police report, and see what happens.
