    Default Property Limitations in Separation

My question involves divorce in the State of: Kentucky
My husband and I have been seperated @10 years. I left the home and and property several years ago and have recently purchased a house in my name. My husband is insisting I remove my name from our house and property we bought together 24 years ago that he is still living in. He says that because of our long seperation that he can legally force me to take my name off the deed. Is this so?

He can divorce you and request that he get the house through the divorce process.
