Default Is It Too Late for an Annulment

I Married A Belarussian Girl Half My Age I thought i was a lucky, it turns out that just before our 2nd anniversary she issued a restraing order to me via the local police dpt. on Christmas day, she purgered the information to get a judge to issue it,, she had been hinting along the lines that we gave it a try, and maybe we should call it quits a few months before our 2nd year, well i wanted marriage counseling, and she said no, or would never talk out any argument, friends were trying to tell me she mentioned to themn that she will leave me, befor two years, and i thought they were lieing and just trying to break us up, she also refrensed, weeks before or 2nd yr. that her friend olga in fla. married a u.s. citizen for the green card, and that maybe we should have done the same thing, i was sad, all the time thinking that she just had a disposition, and then i figured it out yes, my friends were right, she allways created little arguments, or would stay out late and not call, and take off with her friends on holidays, that familys were supposed to spend together,or over react to somthing little, and provoke me , what are my legal alternatives,is it too late for an annulment, the divorse will be final in 100 days.. we have allready been to divorse court, and the judge ordered i pay her $$ or sell my house.this has cost me thousands of dollars in legal fees not to mention looking at jail time for violating the restraing order 209a..I'm Hart Broken, and am depressed, its had an incredibale affect on my health legal, and finacial stability..but the district and probate courts will not listen, what should i do

    Default Divorce Proceedings

After two years, and after the near-completion of divorce proceedings, it's unfortunately not realistic to seek an annulment.
