Smile Removing a Hyphen from Last Name

My question involves name change laws in the State of: Florida

My husband and I were not married at the time of my daughters birth, so we hyphenated her last name with both of our names. We are now married, and wish to drop my last name from her hyphenated name and just keep my husbands. She is three years old. What are the steps I need to take to go about doing this? Thanks in advance for any help!
